What’s more, there are no up-front costs with this package and the fixed price means reduced costs as no cost per hire, and full budget control as monthly long-term rates are pre-agreed.

Platinum provides fully outsourced complete recruitment service. We will work to source numerous CVs of suitable candidates for the role or roles you are recruiting, meaning you can fill a number of roles from these CVs. And even better than this, you will not pay a fee per hire, simply pay a daily, weekly, or monthly fixed fee to cover our time, which is pre-agreed, so provides you with budget control and reduced costs for recruitment overall.
This is ideal for growth companies who you prefer a ‘pay as you go’ arrangement on a minimum term basis, which will reduce your recruitment costs and give you a strong relationship with one agency who will conduct all of your recruitment on your behalf. It is also perfect if you are recruiting for multiple vacancies e.g., if you are building a whole new department or team.
We will collaborate with you to develop a strategy and create a pool of candidates with the sector experience and skills required, for which you will get first refusal. You will also have a dedicated Contract Manager who will hold regular meetings with you and report on KPIs.
Our Gold package allows you to select us as one of your preferred suppliers. As part of our agreement, we will work on a number of vacancies for you.
This is ideal if you have a large number of vacancies and like to be in regular communication about these with your recruitment agency. It also allows you to work with agencies with specialisms such as our expertise in office support staff and accountancy practice recruitment.
The silver package is ideal for single vacancy recruitment, involving split payments based on agreement, including a ‘deposit’ payment on commission of the vacancy. This would make us your sole agency and are more invested than the bronze package as we are being paid for our time and expertise.
This means candidates are only approached by one agency as you do not offer this vacancy to multiple agencies, and you get preferred access to a host of quality candidates. It also facilitates a greater collaboration between you and us, and a greater working relationship than our bronze package.
Bronze is our basic package. We work on a vacancy at the same time as other agencies and you will be presented with a shortlist once we have sourced, screened, interviewed, and shortlisted potential individuals. This option doesn’t allow the personal touch or relationship our higher-grade packages offer, as you work with multiple agencies which can take up more of your time.
You interview and appoint a candidate and are then charged on the day your successful candidate commences work.
