Our client is looking for a fully qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join their highly successful matrimonial team.

You will be running a caseload, taking over an existing one and would be expected to be able to also field new enquiries when they come in.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of family law, with experience of advising high net worth clients. Dealing with the client from start to finish so the client gets that ‘start to finish service’. You will have some secretarial/ paralegal support, but you will be responsible for managing your own inbox.

You will be dealing with Ancillary Relief matters, you will be an experienced advocate, and ideally be Resolution Accredited.

£36,000
Holidays: Holidays start at 26 days, 3 days are used for Christmas break
Hybrid working is available, 1 day a week in the office is required, including additional days diary dependent

The Solicitor / Legal Executive – Family Matrimonial team person/requirements

• 5 years PQE
• Knowledge and experience of dealing with Legally Aided matters and the Legal Aid Agency’s CCMS is desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge of ALB case management system, desirable.
• You will have strong technical skills, excellent client care and communication skills and be well organised
• You will be ambitious and able to work to targets
• You will have a great work ethic, be a team player, and have good decision-making skills
