Courtney Recruitment go national
Liverpool headquartered Courtney Recruitment are continuing to grow, and now have a national remit including London, Glasgow, Manchester and the Liverpool City Region.
Having expanded into larger offices just under a year ago to accommodate their growing team, the recruitment company which is renowned for working with businesses to recruit high quality accountancy practice staff as well as office support staff, are investing heavily in new technology designed to catapult the company through automation of certain parts of their process.
Used by less than 2% of recruitment firms in the UK, but employed by over 80% of the fastest growing 100 agencies, the technology will provide several benefits for clients and candidates alike:
– Identification of more candidates for each vacancy through the use of revolutionary AI search technology
– Reducing the time to fill for the vast majority of vacancies, even in the current ‘candidate dry’ market conditions
– Allowing the team more time each day to undertake critical client and candidate communications and enhance even further the company’s reputation for excellent service
Additionally, one of the Directors of the company, Elaine Courtney has been shortlisted in this year’s Downtown in Business ‘Livercool’ awards as Recruitment Consultant of the Year – a highly prestigious accolade to even be shortlisted for, and much sought after badge of honour.
Stuart Reed, Director at Courtney Recruitment commented on the new technology they’ve invested in, saying ” Our unique process to source the best candidates and place them into their ideal roles will be quickened to serve clients better and will allow us to achieve our strategic goals over the coming years through streamlined processes and delivery. Plans are already in place to add further technology early in 2023 to simplify the recruitment process further and generate more candidate interest in the each of the roles we are working on. We’re also delighted with Elaine’s nomination, and are very proud of her for being shortlisted“
Elaine Courtney, Director of Courtney Recruitment commented “We are so proud of how far we’ve come in recent years, since it all started, and to be nominated for an award is a privilege. Going national seemed like a dream when we started out, but now we’re here and loving that our ambition and drive, and that of our team, has helped us achieve this long term goal. I’d like to thank my hard working team though, as well as our clients, who have stayed with us long-term, as that in itself is recognition that we’re doing things right.”
