UK Office Manager
Experienced senior level Officer Manager with experience of operations management, technical product knowledge gained from working in a company that sells products with a varying range of measurements and technical detail, often requiring planning/measuring before the sale, team line management & financial responsibility sought for the sole UK office of a European company. Based in Warrington, you will have a minimum of 5 years at Office Manager level within a role that has involved managing a small team, managing the operations of a business, providing technical details on a product range as well as supporting on the financial management.
The UK Office Manager role
In this role you will report directly to the Managing Director, working with a team of 4, this is a very hands-on role, where you will not only manage the smooth running of the office, you will also be required to answer customer queries on pricing, design and technical characteristics, deliveries, installations, maintenance, and after-sales on incoming calls and e-mails.
You will also engage with customers daily, co-ordinating & assisting with the sales order processing, providing technical advice and guidance on the product range (training on the job is given), resolving delivery issues, resolving purchasing issues, assisting with financial matters such as issues around invoicing, credit control, petty cash etc.
The UK Office Manager person/requirements
For this role, your experience MUST have been within a company that sells products, where there was a need to understand the technical specifications of the product range, and advise on the product range to assist the customer prior to the sale by providing the detail needed.
Experience of dealing with queries on pricing, design and technical characteristics is essential.
Experience in managing a small team, ensuring they have all they need to do their job is essential.
Experience of dealing with and resolving issues connected to deliveries, installations, maintenance is also essential.
Experience of assisting with some financial aspects of the business such as invoice and credit control queries.
Experience of reviewing and improving processes and procedures in order to aid the smooth running of the business is highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits for UK Office Manager
£25,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience & suitability to the role
Hours: 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday
Total package negotiable according to quality and experience of candidate.
The UK office is based in Warrington, and is a comfortable commute from Warrington, St Helens, Newton for example.
