Sales Development Representatives
Our client, a tech company that establishes, develops and markets software businesses is growing rapidly and is seeking 4 ambitious and driven Sales Development Representatives to identify new sales opportunities and develop a well-defined prospect list by a mix of warm and cold calling, to both the UK and USA. Working via leads generated by the Sales & Marketing Teams you will progress new business adding to the large customer base. You will be at the forefront of running the partner programme, contacting organisations in the USA, as well as in the UK, pitching software products to people, running online demos, and onboarding partners.
You will be given detailed expert sales training, as well as warm leads/data from which to reach out to potential new customers and win their business, you will work to extremely fair sales targets, and be well compensated for your achievements. Our client is also fair minded enough to recognise that, sometimes in sales, even with vast amounts of effort, the sales don’t come, and in recognition of your activity as well as sales and success, additional bonuses can also be awarded.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with even entry level experience in sales to enhance their skill set and become part of a rapidly expanding company. It’s a fast paced, exciting environment with a structured sales development process where you will be exposed to all of the elements involved with selling software. You will receive excellent sales training from a highly successful sales expert, one of the Directors of the company, who has been incredibly successful.

The Sales Development Representatives Role & Responsibilities
Joining the company at a time when it is recruiting from scratch a small Sales Executive team of 4, the duties will include but are not limited to the following;

You will be working for a SaaS in the fastest growing market worldwide, so must have the goal of being successful. If you excel in this role, you will be writing your own cheque by the end of 2020.
The Sales Development Representatives Salary and Benefits
£18,000 – £36,000 – within this there is a basic of approx. £18,000 with strong bonuses for successful activity – Potential to earn up to £36,000+ on target earnings.
All activity is software tracked and strong bonuses will be paid on success in line with achievable targets.
The commission structure will be shared post interview process and will be incredibly fair, the commission structure is also likely to evolve over time according to performance, activity & sales.
Additional bonuses can also be awarded in recognition of your activity as well as sales and success.
(Past employees of the company have started their career with our client and have since moved in into fantastic jobs, some are now earning half a million a year)
20 days plus bank holidays
Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm.
