Financial Services Administrator
Our client, a highly successful Wealth Management company, are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to work across both of their offices in Frodsham and Leigh. The successful candidate must be able to work in both offices each week supporting 3 Wealth Managers and must come from an IFA wealth management background (2 years experience).
You will have knowledge across investments, pensions and protection/life cover (tax or trust exposure a significant bonus). The role would suit a progressive, ambitious admin support individual looking to develop in a highly regarded, market leading advisory business. If you have experience of Salesforce that would be a bonus.
The Financial Services Administrator role/ responsibilities
- To provide essential admin support in all aspects of client service and development
- To assist in the creation of client documentation
- Management of initial and ongoing information gathering to construct formal advice documentation
- Production of advice reports and responsible for the quality of documentation as per Business Assurance standards
- Input/update CFR data on system
- To liaise with the Adviser & Client as appropriate to fill any information gaps
- Support the Advisor to ensure the end to end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Advisor and regulatory standards
- Oversee and manage the submission of all client applications/advice sets.
- To ensure all relevant information required for writing the client report is available
- To assist in the preparation of client meeting documents
- To provide guidance in problem solving
- To liaise with Clients
- To be the first point of contact
- To follow up emails and see tasks through to completion
The Financial Services Administrator person/requirements
- Experience of working within financial services
- Comfortable with templated Suitability Letters (training will be given)
- Thorough understanding of financial products and advice
- To work alongside colleagues to carry out tasks in all aspects if client service and development and submit business as requested.
- To provide factual information when required and communicate this information both verbally and in writing as requested.
- To embrace an analytical, accurate and logical approach to your work
- To demonstrate naturally strong interpersonal skills
- To communicate effectively and convincingly
Salary & Benefits for Financial Services Administrator
Salary: £18,500 – £23,500 dependent on experience
Quarterly bonus scheme based on profitability of the business
